Immediate Prior to Delivery/Collection

As of 01 August 2019, full payment must be made prior to delivery or collection, unless stated otherwise. We accept the following payment methods: Bank Transfer, Credit Card or PayNow UEN.

  • To confirm an order, do send us your Billing/Delivery Address and Mobile Number
  • Upon information received, an official invoice will be issued for your payment processing
  • Upon payment received, a delivery date/time will be proposed

Full payment is strictly required for customized orders, prior to order preparation. There will be no refund for customized orders.

50% To Confirm, 50% Upon Delivery

This payment term applies for all Medium and Heavy Duty Racking System related orders and orders with delivery term longer than 4 weeks.

Credit Terms

We are able to provide up to 30 days credit with the following conditions:

  • The order value is above SGD$1,000
  • An official Purchase Order with Company Stamp is provided
  • You've maintained a positive working relationship without late payment over the past 3 months
