Site Consultation
We offer site visit service, in the event that:
- You lost your floor plan
- Your storage space is of an awkward shape or size
- Your storeroom is located under a set of staircase
- You are unsure on how to take the measurements
Prior to site consultation, we encourage you to browse through our website (www.simwinliang.com) to understand our products, its dimensions and pricing. Our site consultation fee is $30 nett (inclusive GST), is non-refundable and to be paid prior to visit - by Bank Transfer or PayNow UEN only. Upon order confirmation, the fee will be waived and credited into your order invoice.
We will head down to your address, take measurements of your space and propose a recommended rack layout within 2 working days of the visit. Our site consultation is only available between Monday to Friday, 10 am to 4 pm. We do not provide site consultation on Saturdays.
